After pick ups we travel to Dover with comfort stops en-route.

On arrival in Dover we make our short sailing to Calais. And on arrival in Calais, we continue the journey to Valkenburg in Holland for the next 4 nights.

Today is at leisure to enjoy the lovely town of Valkenburg. Maybe visit the beautiful municipal cave where you will board an underground train to explore the wall paintings, marl sculptures anf hear about the history of the cave with English commentary.

Alternatively take a walking tour of the Velvet Cave and visit the castle or explore the town with its abundance of shops, bars, cafes and restaurants.

The Southernmost city in the Netherlands, Maastricht is also known as the 'Paris of the Benelux'.

Today we have free time here, a beautiful city distinguished by its medieval-era architecture and vibrant cultural scene.

In its cobbled old town is the Gothic style church Sint Janskerk and the Romanesque Basilica of St. Servatius which houses a significant collection of religious art.

In the afternoon, enjoy a crusie on the river Meuse for an alternative view of the city.

Today we enjoy an excursion to the 3 countries meeting point, where Belgium, Holland and Germany come together.

Continue to Aachen and enjoy some free time exploring the great old town and its landmark cathedral, which is a dedicated UNESCO World Heritage Site.

We then continue through the stunning scenery of the Eifel Mountains on the way to the picturesque village of Monschau, overlooked by the turreted Monschau Castle. Spend some free time exploring the old town, famous for its half timbered buildings and cobbled streets.

We then return to Valkenburg for your final evening.

After breakfast we leave the hotel and make our way back to Calais.

On arrival in Dover we continue the journey home.
