After pickups we travel to Exmouth for our stay at the Ashton Court Hotel.

We travel to the elegant seaside resort of Sidmouth and an afternoon visit to the lovely Devon seaside town of Seaton.

Sidmouth is a seaside town like no other. Sitting along an impressive coastline and surrounded by spectacular countryside and Blue Flag award winning beaches while Seaton’s beautiful scenery and natural environment are a joy to explore.

We travel to Chard in Somerset for our visit to Forde Abbey and Gardens.

The Abbey has a rich and varied history spanning 900 years. Through the centuries, it has played host to Cistercian monks at prayer, 19th-century philosophers and politicians.

After the house visit, wander through the beautiful gardens.

In the afternoon we visit the Dorset market town of Bridport.

Day off in Exmouth.

Exmouth is one of the oldest and most picturesque seaside towns in Devon. The town is the gateway to the World Heritage Jurassic coast and has two miles of sandy beach. This vibrant town offers plenty of walking and cycling routes and water sports as well as local shops and restaurants to enjoy all year round.

Exmouth is home to an indoor market and range of shops to be browsed and explored amongst the splendid regency architecture. To discover a bit more about the history of the town follow the Blue Plaque heritage trail and explore the heritage of the area.

We leave the hotel after breakfast to travel home.
